I found several online for Chinese praying mantis. They sell egg casings with 100-400 young emerging. I wondered how they'd get get past that. I would imagine they would thrive down here.
All sources on the web are out of stock so far. Perseverance prevails!

 

you can usually order them in the spring from any garden store or feed store ... you can prolly only get the exotic pet kind now

But Amazon carries mantis eggs in the early winter and spring. They have to ship while the egg casing is dormant

 

Before you order any plant or bug from overseas, make sure it is not an invasive species. That would cause all kinds of trouble for you and those in your area. (As well as legal issues.)

 

All Immigrants are welcome!! There is no such thing as an Invasive anything, anymore!! Just poor migrants, looking for a better life!!
