Add your own recipes for squirrel (just squirrel, preferably) There are a lot of them out there, and a ready source of food, if needed, so let's see how many ways we can make the little tree rats edible.
Cut and clean your squirrel, and seal it in vacuum sealer bag with whatever marinade you prefer. Let it chill for one day in the fridge, then put it in the freezer. It stays there until you want to fire up the grill. Cook it like chicken on the grill.
These recipes have all been submitted to this page by various people. I've had many variations of many of these, and my preference is squirrel stew. Can't really go wrong with stew. The bergoo is pretty tasty, however.
