    Cast up some Lee REAL and some round ball to zero the new Hawken .54cal. Started snowing again so I'm taking a break. Snow skid off the ATV shed roof while I was casting and scared the heck out of me. Didn't have my pistol with me and thought a grizzly had snuck up on me. Guess you had to be there but this 47 year old can still jump!

    That would be a Rocky Patel Edge. I have some RP Vintage 1990's, La Perla Black Pearls, Gurkha Beauty's, Ave Maria Lionhearts and a few others. Try those Lionhearts if you want a great box pressed cigar!

    6 inches of fresh snow last night. Really the first decent snow of the year so far. That board next to the outhouse in the tree is my 25 yard zero target. Don't use it much, one or two shots just to get me on paper at 100.

    So took it out today on its first voyage of the upcoming winter. Packed down the trail for the snow we are getting tonight. So when I wake up there should be 3-6 inches of fresh snow. There are a few spots in the trail that need leveling so theses first few snow storms help me get the trail smoothed out. Hopefully no bear will chew on the seat or handlebar grips tonight. Seat comes inside and I wire two coffee cans together over the grips usually.
