For every Father that watched his son leave for boot camp, these may be of interest.

I'm happy to report that I got my son back from the Corps somewhat worse for wear....but still walking and talking. My wishes for the best of luck to your sons and daughters.....

I would add that Habits evolve into a lifestyle. Prepping is a lifestyle. I count the day a waste if I have not added to my preps, my knowledge, my training, my skills or improved my plans.
