If someone draws their weapon and begins shooting a "Suspect" is that not considered Policing? Slippery Slope!

Suspects are not shot. Perps are;)

Plane crashes on the border. 65% were Americans, 30% were Mexican , 5% were other. Where do they bury the survivors?

No, It actually does NOT.... Being Fully Armed is NOT a Violation, as long as they do NOT engage in any Police Actions, against the Citizenry..... They also would be ARMED, only of Federal Property. (Bases, Recruiting Stations, ect) They would be allowed to Defend Themselves, but would NOT be allowed ANY Police Powers, except on that same Federal Property. (See above) Those are reserved to the local Police Outfits. It is all in the "Rules of Engagement" that went along with the Arming Order....

Entirely dependent upon the self defense laws of the state where one resides.

Personally, I have no issues with our service members being armed.
Giving them "Full police powers" is completely different.

Jade Helm seems to be truly undetected. Haven't heard a thing or seen very many reports since it started. Just saw this report of some who where arming themselves allegedly because of Jade Helm-
How federal agents foiled a murderous Jade Helm 15 retaliation plot

Those NC Yahoos are very, very, lucky, they never met up with any of the SEAL Shooters, or Delta Force Shooters, that are participating in Jade Helm 15.

Nut cases, yes, but other than the illegal weapons and explosives, I've heard much of the same talk here.:(.
We, of course, would not cross that legal line of creating and stockpiling illegal weapons, but we have discussed when, how, and with what, to repel boarders. (Be they zombies, blue helmets, or stormtroopers).
Timing, false flag events, how to disable military vehicles sent against civilians, how to take down local power, have all been discussed here.

Not my point. Besides the weapons charges, they are being prosecuted for talk. (Free speech), and reading the same cues we are.[patr]

Either way, they can claim it was a success, and who's to say not?

Its only illegal IF you get caught. & what fathered this country were men who thought the same as most nowadays & they would be / were considered terrorist. Depends on which side your on. The right way is never easy.

As I said, "besides the weapons charges", however, that label could cover nearly anything, from a knife blade too long or double sided, to fireworks. Anything, for the most part, can be a weapon. Is that shotgun 1/4" too short? Is that rope a weapon? (If it has a hangman's noose in one end, it is an illegal weapon). Did the magazine have one too many bullets in it? That label covers a lot.

Illegally obtained, could be he bought it from a friend, or borrowed it (with some of the screwy rules proposed) without doing a background check? Win it in a poker game? With no paperwork filed?
I want an itemized list of what they are being charged for having or obtaining. What and why is it illegal? Or do we just accept the label that makes it all right?

So now you want to invade the privacy of the arrested to make you feel better.

    Nah, I'm done.

No, I want to make sure of the magnitude of the charge, not a barely illegal issue.
