    Still to many trees in the Lake Ketchless area, for that to be that far upstream.... maybe somewhere between Cle Elum and Ellinsburg, before heading down into the George..... The Snake is bigger than that, clear up past Twin Falls....

    Early monsoon blew down some branches of this trend at my parents. Discovered tree was rotting spent weekend removing tree in 100 degree weather and humidity has been.... hot and sweaty but it's done

    Two from today looking at Mt. Denali from my porch. Morning and evening shot. Just had a 4.8 earthquake as I was shooting the evening photo. Only about ten seconds long. All is well.

    Fall Creek Falls State Park in TN.

    My first time here, my wife's been a few times. Supposedly the "creek" is slow and gentle with several pools for swimming and wading. Uh, not this weekend. With the days of rain prior to our arrival the "creek" was a ragin' river. The pic with the 2 sets of water falls is only supposed to be one trickle of a water fall.

    @MountainMariner I usually do the same, but I cut a hole in the center, drop in a fresh egg, and sprinkle some raw cane sugar and cinnamon on top.

    Good thinking. I'll try it. I love hot cakes in the morning with my coffee but the toast wins in flavor and simplicity. No mess to clean up either. Anything you can pickup and eat without fork or knife means you don't have to clean up a fork or knife. Or batter bowl. Spatula. Etc.
