    Actually, Tac -the entire reason for the religious section is just for people like you, who do not want debate or argument of any kind, but would rather seek out like-minded people to engage conversation. We found early on how angry folks got when anybody presented an opposing thought on religion, and nobody really likes angry posts. Also, it's to keep all your favorite topics separate so we are not cluttering the entire forum with God talk, to respect ALL people who come here. Otherwise, this place would just be another strong-armed admin controlled, limited speech, constant bickering flame war mess like so many other forums are.

    This religious section is YOURS. It belongs to every religious lover out there. No need to tell people who do not think as you do not to post.
    People willingly coming in here to incite an argument are already being watched. But, as long as it is civil, all is good in the world.
    You do not moderate your own thread. Moderators and site Admins moderate your thread. All you can do is ask politely.

Does that mean everyone else is another kind----what message are you trying to send to other readers---what are you saying about "your kind".     Brokor is not a Christian....he is currently not "our kind". Kinda athiest/buddist/spiritual autodidact. I get it.
    "Our kind" to him = Christian.
    I'm sure his verbiage is only ment to "let us know" that he is not a believer.
    He's actually quite an interesting person to try to witness to I assure you....
    Challenging and argues with merit, examples how "blind faith causes mass murder" etc...

    Don't sweat it 06, I've prayed for Brokor on a number of occasions and I figure it's just a matter of time before the Holy Spirit shows up in his life to say "What's up?" follow by JC handing B a "sword of the Lord" and The Father giving him a stern look not to misuse it.

    "Hi Father, thank You so much for the excellent weekend, many blessings and lessons learned. Thank You for my family and the 2 new friends that have come into my life recently. Thank You for the video in this thread, as You know, I shed a tear for the portion of the message in it that You intended me to receive. As always, You are incredible and ever willing to guide us when we ask for Your direction on this path of life that You have so generously granted us.

    Lord Jesus, thank You for taking the hit for my sins so that I may make mistakes and not be damned for them. We pray that You arm our friend Brokor with the wisdom to understand the "Love worth dieing for" that You have shown all of us that have came to Your cross looking for Righteousness that is Holy and not of this world. Please help everyone on this forum, believer or not-yet believer to put on the armor of God so that we can form a stronger line of defense against evil.

    Holy Spirit, Sup? Mind paying a call on Brokor? Mess with his head, play some mind-games with him and make him think. He likes that sorta thing as You well know. As You know, this forum has recently had a sort of "sickness" and we need Your help in finding the cure. I know in my heart that Brokor will be a part of the miracle, please show him the way and if he refuses to listen, kick his ass back onto the right path....he's stubborn as a mule.

    Hi "bro", I will not label anyone as a heathen for it sounds bad to some who may be sitting on some kind of fence. Will be more than happy to pray with you about these matters and so appreciate your asking. You are right on target with putting him/others on the Holy Ghost "hit list". I have slacked and shirked my duty/responsibility to God of late and would appreciate your prayers about that. Some sow, some water, but it is God that yields the increase. It is He that separates wheat from the chaff and tares. It is our duty to try to be that one who goes into all the world. Thanks for the jolt back, for stepping on my toes, for helping renew the vision.

    As far as the Thread Title goes, If you Believe in a GOD, or series of GODs, and your Belief is sufficient for your own self, then having YOUR GOD close should bring you comfort, in Trying Times. If you do NOT believe in a GOD, then you need to get your comfort elsewhere, or go uncomforted... America, and Americans, seems to me, could use some comfort, and comforting, but that also seems to Me, that it should be on an Individual Basis, rather than a Societal Basis. If everyone you knew, had the SAME GOD, as you, and that GOD comforted his Desiples, as they required, I am sure that the world would be a "Better Place".... However, those that believe in a GOD, also believe in an Adversary to that GOD, (Devi, Satan, Son of the Morning) that is bent on bringing GODs Purpose and Mission, to naught, and using whatever Tools are available to Him/Her/It. Understanding THAT, will help clarify a Believer's concept of How the System works, or doesn't work. Then again, if one believes in NO GOD, or Supreme (Being, Entity, Universal Power) GOD, then it "Matters NOT a WHIT" what that person Does, Thinks, or Believes, as when they are DEAD. They and all they Were, Did, and Said, Died with them, and the Universe continues ON, like they never existed in the First Place....

    IMHO, the Word tells us that Wide is the Path, and many shall follow it. This is a choice, and all who choose that path get what they Deserve, its not from a shortage of opportunity at this point. This Game is definitely rigged, and the outcome is as assured as a WWF match! So we arm ourselves for the Spiritual War that is coming, proudly wear our Armour and prepare for the battle, knowing that there will be mass casualties, not from our hand, but rather from their own!
