Sometimes, survival comes down to the psychological edge a comfort item, like a family photo, can give you. Or this family of elves, Mrs. Hanzo made. My comfort items would be a machete or knife and a big blanket.
For those of us with an unfortunate addiction to tobacco: keeping a good stock of your tobacco product of choice is a good idea as a possible "comfort" item. I personally have a stock to last me about a month that I constantly rotate to keep from going bad.
Awrighty then. Must be spring fer sure now. Dw wearing open toes. Been a long winter and I'm glad it's near over
I keep mine in the freezer. One can every 5-7 days and I keep between 3-5 rolls @ 5 cans per roll. One of the few things my wife does nag me about.
I don't have any experience with it, but I am aware of the process. Seems to be pretty cheap to get started on, from what I can tell.
A couple tins of good tobacco for my pipe and a bottle of really good bourbon. Way too cold to grow tobacco here but If I move south I'll hafta try it.
I've got the Apple Pie and straight whiskey down pretty well-IMHO especially after spending a few years in an oak barrel. What I'd like to perfect is spiced rum. I shamelessly enjoy a bottle of Capt. Morgan or Sailor Jerry and would love to be able to replicate either or something close.
