I've tried both. My personal files and photobucket. Can't get but the 1st page of my computer pics and photobucket is a mystery here. I'm working on it and don't be shy telling me what is what. It's a process on new forums. (me smiling)
Thing to remember, is that the pic must have a URL address to post here (others more knowledgeble will of course correct me) and direct from your computer, it has none. From the web or posted on another site, it is just copy and paste, but for a first timer pic, I import it to my album first, that assigned it a URL and then can be copy and paste from there.

My easy way is to put the pic on my computer and give it a file name. Then start the post you want to put up on the forum, scroll down to where the attachment business comes up, and simply upload from the computer. No cloud or other middleman like p-bucket involved. Or (if you are using this window space without a reply) just hit the "Upload a File" button at the bottom and off you go. The key to EZ is have the file on your 'puter.

The tarp in the hammock pic is a wallyworld cheapo. They have a limited life. And you won't know when it starts to develop pinholes in it until it starts raining and you're asleep. And it would be my just my luck it would be 2 am and 35 degrees. LOL The nat. insulated bed tarp and is 5X7. It is the bare minimum size I would use. In that camp, it was more a fire reflector and wind break than shelter. The one I love is the 10X 12 that was a custom run done on another site. Great size for one or two. Well built and light. I'll dig up the company's name that made it. That company has exactly the same tarp in more "civilian" colors.

7 X 5, it says on that link, not truly big enough for a weather shelter, but would make you pretty obvious in daylight. Don't remember for sure, but I think I got mine from Amazon.
If you use Safari on the I-phone it should work fine.... I use it all the time with no issue without Tapatalk.
I could do a review on this separately one day, but haven't gotten around to it. Currently waiting to test the DD Superlight Tarp. I recommend: Tarps I have some of their products including some of the DDHammocks, DD silk sleeper, and will be getting the DD Superlight Tarp this year. All of their material is rugged. Only caution, it's a UK company (but a very good one) so shipping might take a few extra days. I always try to buy American, but it's tough to justify the cost domestically compared to the quality, especially if another company far outperforms any expectations. I started buying DD products because I wanted an affordable hammock system which didn't cost an arm and a leg, but was also rugged. Online Store But, you will have to pay quite a bit for the quality. @madmax thanks for the pictorial on your camp I also use the cheaper tarps, and you're right, they do eventually fail with use or long storage. I know I have folded tarps and stored them for years only to find them cracked (micro-cracks) along the fold lines, and you won't know they leak until the most inconvenient moment. There are some decent ones out there to be had, but I got into rolling mine whenever possible now. The better ones shouldn't do this because the material is different. This is why I try to save up as budget permits for lightweight tarps made of ripstop nylon.
