    Maybe it was a ploy to get the union contract approved for street painters....... showing what could happen if they did not get what they wanted..... and lesser folks took over their jobs..... [dunno]

    Well that's why you got what you have !

    Hence why you have union garbage collectors (sorry "Urban Wastebaskets" ) folk who are paid more than the one who reads your blood samples with education ..

    Now in my 60's+ , I would never do the independent way & all the steps , just work for the unions & collect ... Im still working while most of the union guys i worked with or schooled have been retired for 5+ years , I have 10 more to work . Im over educated & not paid for it.
