any of the .22lr semiauto conversion units for 223 AR, AK, or Mini14 can get 7 hits per second, just like any semiato can do. Ciener makes most of them, others put their names on his unit and stick you an extra $100.

I"ve always thought that something like that would be perfect for stopping riot/looters.
