What and waste a perfectly good grill cheese? ( I'm allergic to seafood...)

Your loss. There is a restaurant at Call Tech that will put just about anything in a grilled cheese sandwich. They are very good, and very popular. Tuna, pepperoni, ground beef, mushrooms, bacon pieces, some folks even like veggies inside.
As for mayo, I can't stand the stuff.
