    The thing about all of this is, the proof is self evident and no convincing needs to be done. The very fact that the banks operate is proof alone that the emergency exists since they can only conduct business with the emergency in place by the empowering act of Congress through Presidential Proclamation #2038, 2039, 2040 (March 6-9, 1933). It's recorded in law with USC Title 12, Section 95(b), recorded in public record by proclamation in the Federal Register, and by the Senate in 1973 with the report everybody can download in this thread. It's so obvious, there's not much to do except point and then go about your day. Nothing crazy there.
