Bundy Ranch Stand Off - The Next Waco?

Bundy saw the BLM (Feds) run his neighbors out on pretext after pretext. BLM was created to HELP the rancher, not drive them out. When it got to where they were a threat, no longer help, he quit paying feds, and offered to pay Clark county. All of this should be at State and County level. Feds have no business in it. BLM has failed in it's mission just as Dept of Energy (formed in the 70's to wean us off of Saudi oil). Both should be defunded and shut down as failures. All that power should revert back to state level, per the 10th Amendment

 

Notice he quit paying and offered to pay locally. Notice as this moved along, I have heard reports that he did pay locally. The news is saying he paid State taxes but that to me seems like a misdirect. He didn't pay state taxes on the disputed land. I read today that the land is the governments, they claimed it after the Mexicans surrendered, this was prior to statehood. Next thing you know the Mexicans are going to say it is theirs.

I agree. I firmly believe that the states should retrieve the things the feds are running that are not tied to the constitution and weed through them. Many could be shut off, others better managed. Let the states decide how each state will operate, and let the voters decide if the state meets their needs by relocating where they prefer the government.

After studying land law and the way it works around here there is a chain of command. The way it goes is the highest proof of ownership in this country is allodial title. This is given out in the form of a land patent. The entire country was divided up into what was affectionately known as the kings folly. This means that he gave complete ownership to the American people free of all tax and duties. You family probably has lots and lots of land that you own in the allodium. The land patent has been upheld in every court in the land.

Below the patent comes the title to the land. This is what they create when land lays idle for too long. It is a legal title and much inferior. The patent is law of the land, the legal title is shadow of law. This is what the lawyers and others used to make land grabs. They find parcels of land, stake a 30 day claim on it and if nobody disputes it within 30 days they file for a quit/claim deed or other similar deed.

Before the 1900s there was only land patents and the wording in them specifies that they last forever. But what if you die with no heirs? Good question. The way the system is created is that anyone can stake a claim (as my brother did) to land and act as the new owner. Each state has a different time period before you own the land (CA is 5 years, NY is 7, ME is 10 etc.). After that time you acquire legal title to the land. You then order the land patent from the General Land Office (GLO) and put it with your legal title and the entire history of the chain of title to create what is called "perfect title". This gives you complete ownership of your land outside of the jurisdiction of the US government.

If the Bundy's have been on their land since the 1800s then they probably have the original documents, grazing rights, what ever it is. My grandfather owned half of CO at one point and I have about 8 land patents where he used to take his cattle from the north all the way into NM. These patents are still valid and signed by the President and they cover all of our country. What they are selling off to other countries like China is the legal title which is far inferior to the land patent which is recognized world wide. If you can see where I'm going with this, we can take back our country simply by proving (with birth certificates) that we are the heirs of the original land owners. Below I have attached a pic of a land patent. Notice the wording that the land is theirs and their heirs FOREVER. All you have to do is prove you are related and that there are no others above you staking a claim.

This is a new kind of invasion. China is taking over our country and its a quiet take over. Obama is just giving it away and its all very quiet. He is selling the infrastructure of whole cities off to them and no news source is reporting it... or very little.

This makes perfect sense if you look at the structure of fractional reserve banking. The bankers have created a system that is going to crash. It has no choice and is part of the design. When this happens they don't want to be here. Before they would have been hunted down and hung, shot, or killed some other way for their actions but now that there are no boundaries they can travel anywhere in the world and have all the money they could need in credit that is easily changed into any country they happen to be in. They don't even need the bills or coins that the rest of us use. So like the vampires that they are, once they have sucked us dry they abandon our lands and could care less that China will take them one way or another and make no mistake, China is well established in this country. They have millions of THEIR citizens here and ready to take over and just look how they treat their own people let alone people standing in their way. I hope you are all ready for a war. Our government will fight us but that is nothing compared to what China is going to do. They will wait until we are weak from fighting our own government and then move in with the largest army in the world. Their army is double the size of ours.
