Yeah, it is... My old stompin' grounds 20 + years ago... Was one of the parking lots we'd turn around in back in the cruisin' 59 days. Cops finally shut that fun little activity down in the early 90's.. All they would have had to do was wait a few years. Gas prices would have done it for em'
