5.11 Tactical S/S Holster Shirt - I already own two of these (one white, & one black) and they are excellent for concealed carry, even carrying a full frame Glock 17. I have often forgotten I have my G17 under my arm and carried it into the office (not illegal, but still against company policy), and no one has ever noticed.

Rubbermaid ActionPacker Storage Box (24 gal). Interestingly enough, I am more excited about this than anything I've purchased in the way of preps (with the possible exception of my recent sub 2000 purchase) because of what it represents. You see, I bought this to begin packing some of our preps out of sight... because my wife & I are about to get serious about putting the house on the market and moving to someplace with at least a little bit of land. It's not definite, and will be a LONG process, but if all goes the way we hope, we'll be looking at getting out of a big house on a small lot, and moving to a smaller house on a bigger lot. We'll likely be heading from the Houston area to the Tulsa area so we can be closer to my parents (Dad's been fighting cancer for six years and it's wearing on both him and my mother). This will let us be much closer to them, hopefully get them to move in with us, and will also get us within a couple of hours of the BOL. So if the stars align properly for us, I may be in a new place by this time next year.

    Wish us luck. ;)

Good Storage containers are important no doubt. However being the cheap sob that I am, I get sticker shock when I look at your cost per storage container. Maybe these containers seal bug tight, but I seriously doubt that. Obviously they are HD constructed within the limitations of any plastics product. I would just like to suggest for lightweight items and common storage Rubbermate's 18 gallon Roughneck Totes can fill your storage needs for approximately 1/8th to 1/10th the cost of the tote you have shown. I must have 90 to 100 of these totes in use for storage. To each, as they choose. I just thought I would try to give you a less expensive alternative. Amazon.com: rubbermaid roughneck 18 gallon BTW, I find these on sale at big box stores for $5 to $8 each on a regular basis. I also routinely build my storage shelving for these containers with 2 foot spacing between shelves that are either 18"s or 24"s deep.

8 pints beef roast and 8 pints pork loin canned.
100 lbs of rice in mylar in buckets, that makes a bit over 200 lbs of rice, should be good for at least 18 months if that was all we had (...and it ain't.)

I can remember as a kid, (8 years old) sitting on top of "The Haystack" on Mt Si and looking out at the view west..... Parents had sent me to Camp Waskowitz, for three weeks, to get me out of the House while my Little Brother was born......

Hard to go wrong with a 10-22.

    What's the optic ? Looks like a compact-variable something.
Or are those just the rings ? (don't have my spectales)
