Not exactly loopy, no. I'm a law and order kinda guy, whenever possible, and Cautious in making firm forward steps, with less chance of making stupid mistakes, (like attempting to sue with no legal leg to stand on).
If I were to sue for any reason, I would want to have every piece of documentation, Notarized, copied, and highlighted, before I opened my mouth, and let them know they were even under attack.
I certainly would not claim to sue someone who's claim is clearly stronger, ( or even draw their attention). They would destroy my claim, and seek damages as well. And they would be right to do so.
