Speaking of 50....was scrounging around an antique store when the wife quietly pointed and said that I needed to look at "this." Turned out to be a .50 cal rifle - muzzle loader. For $65 (in working condition other than a plugged nipple) I think she did rather well.

I guess my purchase of powder, rounds and caps a few years ago worked out

 

Am also getting over busted leg. Am hoblin on a cane now..
By the way, knew a term used for a boot.

 

Start back to work on friday. Had more pain from stress fractures than this .

There had been a time when I would 10 mile runs 3 to 4 times a week. Had a strong fondness for it. Can not run any longer but still can walk very quickly and for miles. Well, before broken leg. never did cables but do them on chairs so I can get that deep dip. Iron is my friend.

 

2, 36 packs of toilet paper,
2 #10 cans each of sausage crumbles, butter powder, and cheese blend powder for stashing at retreat,
2 more tubes of Neosporin... rabbits have me looking like an extra in a slasher film, figured I'd better double my stash,
and this nifty little gadget that turns shredded paper into fire bricks.

 

Have a friend that was going to look at doing that with the paper. He has rural paper route.

 

10 30 round Pmag Gen M3. I always have been more of a traditional aluminium mag guy but Magpul makes quality gear.
