what does the 2nd Amendment and any carry laws have to do with this dumb azz .... all kinds of people, that carry, either lose it or have an accidental discharge .... and that includes military and law enforcement .... it's just the nature of the beast ..... considering the numbers, involved across the country, incidents are fairly rare
