So what did you put away this week?

2- M9 second generation gas masks sealed, 4 60mm filters. Found them at a surplus store for $15.99 each with a filter. Not the ideal mask but for the price, now I have extra for extended family members. One more LifeStraw. & a Frogg Toggs pancho for the wife.

 

Rounded up every toolbox I have and inventoried everything, repacked the big one which lives in my truck, the "Garage Box" and the "House Box". Made a list of missing tools and the usual suspects which might have them. I'll run them down later this week and see who's got what.

Dug out the brass buckets and tumbled, sized / de-primed roughly 1200 .45 casings (Whew!)
Gots to get busy and roll some ammo if I want to get some pratice in.

Went through the tackle boxes, it's fishin' season !

It's been a long day.

 

I raided WitchDoctors farm and left with 2 plum trees,2 apple trees,2 pecan trees,2 peach trees, and 2 blue berry bushes.Spent today planting them at my BOL.I should have some goodies from the fruit trees and bushes in a year or two,be a good long while before I can harvest pecans.

I picked up some seasonings for the pantry, Costco has great prices on spices, and got a few cases of pilot crackers. And as a bonus, today, while digging through the garage looking for a particular suitcase, I found 8 bricks of .22 LR, 400 RDS of .357 mag, 160 RDS of .308 & 100 RDS of .35 REM. I guess I forgot it was in there. Happy camper here . Never found that damn suitcase though.

I wondered where my ammo went..

 

I have found that pruning one-third of the length of branches is good for the tree and helps to spur more fruit on the tree.

 

3,000 rounds of .308 ($.10/round), 2,200 rounds of 30-06 ($.10/round) and 4,000 misc. 12 Gauge ($.05/ round) thanks to a friend of a friend that unfortunately lost a relative. I also had to help him clean up the garage but worth the funds spent and time given.

I was pretty overwhelmed. The .308 & 12 gauge will go pretty fast. I am pretty sure it will take me the rest of my life to use up the 30-06. Oh and it all came in ammo cans.

Should be receiving two cases (6 cans each) of Mountain House from the sale earlier this month, today or tomorrow. The wife picks up a 24-pack of water every time she goes to Costco, plus extras of whatever she's getting every time if the expiration dates are far enough out. Glad to have the MH in stock now.

Hit up Wally World for my sportsman's license (fishin' huntin' / archery) and thought to peruse the ammo counter.

No .45, .223 or .308 BUT they did have Remmy 12ga value packs of 00 buckshot so I snagged me my three box limit.

One can never have too much buckshot.

 

Tell us more! Pictures would be nice as well. Of the slippers that is. Not your bony scared up feet ... lol. And, @sarawolf a few more of us might like to purchase a pair. Tell us more ...... pretty please.
