Pulled over for a BUMPER STICKER!

OK, so this happened near my home, I have no other details on it, but I'm tempted to get a bumper sticker that has a real MJ leaf on it, just to see what happens.

Geesh, police state going too far!

 

The police state can never go too far! I mean seriously, these kinds of things used to be the stuff that made people lose their minds because they were living in a fascist country but today, nobody questions or stands up for them. They are too afraid to lose what ever little scraps of freedom and security they have left. Mean while the water temp keeps getting higher and higher.

 

If you wanna ensure getting pulled over...

 

Had that one on my rig before I retired. Port of Newark police DID NOT find it at all humorous. Fed police at Ft. Meade put me through one intense inspection just for meanness. Finally just quit putting it back on.Not worth the hassle for such a minor point.

 

Sigh...30 more years before I can use that R word...

 

Naw MG, all that free time. Nothing better to do but what you want, chasing Mama around,fishing,hunting,hangin'with the other ol farts. Yeah, I wish I was still puttin' in 60-90 hours a week....................BWAHAHAHAHA...............yeah right !

 

By the time I get to 67, the CAN gov will prolly have the min age to retire raised to 95.
Add that to inflation outpacing the interest on my RRSP and I can look forward to picking my own worms to go fishing cuz I sure as hell wont be able to afford to buy bait!

On a positive note...silver is under $30/oz - guess I best buy a couple more coins.

 

If we're lucky we will retire before we die... then we can watch the snow melt and the grass grow because we're too decrepit to do anything else.

I'm not a real big fan of that whole "sane" plan. Seems like someone else's idea and not mine.

Why is it that all of the "evil people" are always laughing and all of the good people are always suffering? I find that a strange contradiction. I mean really, who would want to be on the come pray and suffer train? Its almost like they convinced everyone that good is bad and bad is good.

 

Oh I know that well. We live near an affluent area and the officers have speed traps at least twice a week. I never see speed traps near the poor section of town- why?? because the poor won't pay the tickets. Most are illegal in those ares so they would just get a new ID and carry on. I am sick of being in the bulls eye because I am a law obeying, hard working person.

 

someone has to pay for all those Sovereigns getting a free ride out of all public services. For the rest of us, the costs keep rising. The roads and transit system still must be maintained, the infrastructure must still function, and the free rides pay for nothing. every time sovereign status is invoked to get out of something, that part of the load is not carried. That is a parasitic relationship, and not true Sovereignty. To be truly Sovereign, you would need to be truly independent, self sufficient, self reliant, and beholden to no one. That is not the case with "Sovereigns". Most of the poor, also pay no taxes, and in fact get back more than they paid in. The rest of us foot the bill, and that cost keeps rising. As these costs rise, retirement recedes.Those gears must be greased by someone, or the machine stops for all.

 

Can we get a dollar amount for footing the sovereign bill?
