Code: Go figure, she's a Poly Sci prof... I guess that explains a lot right there... lets not get personal now...
Sorry about that, I extend my sincere apologies to any Political Science Professors who were offended.
I think the professor in question is being rather silly about Fox News. It's not as if Fox News can be accused of "liberal" bias, and it would be informative for political science students to examine more closely the underbelly of that august, and totally impartial "news" confector. For instance....Fox News has been banging on about marriage and the heteronormative importance of the family values embedded in traditional marriage when it actually features a same sex couple tying the knot together, so to speak. LOL: Fox News Accidentally Uses Photo of Gay Couple To Illustrate Traditional Gender Roles The Fox opinion piece by Suzanne Venker went from this http://jessicavalenti.tumblr.com/image/42612393836 To.......this.... To be happy, we must admit women and men aren't 'equal' By Suzanne Venker Published February 05, 2013 FoxNews.com To be happy, we must admit women and men aren't 'equal' | Fox News Evidently a heterosexual couple of washroom signs getting married works for the opinion piece better than the original image. Venker's article seems less like a serious article about the subject, than as an info-mercial to spruik her latest offering on sale at Amazon (for the most reasonable price of $14.10.) It would be silly not to expose Fox News to political science students for critical scrutiny....but as for reliability as a referencing source.....I'm with the professor on that one.
