Walls do not ring well, for audio pickup via Laser Mic, as they have limited interior to exterior mechanical conduction. This is also why Thermal Pane Windows do not conduct sounds well from inside to out, even when using IR Lasers. The physics is pretty straight forward, IF the sounding surface is a single layer with sufficient surface area, between attachment points, however if the wall is standard Stick Framing, on 16" centers, there isn't much surface area to allow the interior wall to ring, and even less conduction thru to the outer wall, and if there is an exterior layer of Tyvec, it drops off to nothing. ....

 

C'mon! You must be looking for the OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION for the communications!

 

All Dispatch AND Tactical Channels are LOGGED, usually via digital or analog Recordings, and usually these are archived for ten years, for daily events and 25 years for things like this. It would take a significant presents to FAKE, such over the Air, Comms, especially with a KNOWN Dispatcher, running the HQ Comms end, and Acknowledging each and ever Call on channel. Also someone would be looking for the REAL Tactical Comms, if this one was FAKED, and they certainly would be monitoring those channels as well. For such a LARGE interagency Operation, it is very unlikely that ALL THE DIFFERENT agencies would have the same Encryption Setup should they want to use encrypted Comms... Better would be to have a Single Agency do ALL the Tactical stuff for the event, and keep it a very tight Comms System, and tactical control, with the rest doing Security, and site isolation. This sounds exactly like what happened. The Sheriff got the guy hold up, and the LAPD SWAT Team came in to effect, the Tactical resolution, with a preconceived PLAN. Fr om the sounds on the tape, it seems that they were using the Mutual Aid Frequency to effect this operation, with a local Chief Deputy, as the Senior incident Commander, and likely he approved the LAPDs Tactical Plan, prior to implementation. ....

 

Everything I have heard, indicates, that these were REAL Comms from On Scene, by the Tactical Unit, that was brought in, with the Sheriffs acting a containment, and Site Isolation. Incident Commander was at the local Sheriff Station, and monitoring the Active Tactical Comms, and then communication with the non-Tactical Units on a separate Channel... This allowed for The Fire Folks to be Dispatched, and cleared into the Site, off the Tactical Comms Channel, which wasn't heard on the recording. Nothing on the Tactical Comms Channel but actual Calls and local Dispatch... SOP......

 

I'm still chuckling ironically over the indignant posturing about how he was hanging out right across from a cop shop and wasn't found except for the happenstance of a couple cleaning ladies. The perfect position for taking out a uniform at any convenient moment. He didn't hurt them, did he? I mean other than tape burns, and if one of them hadn't managed to get loose, he would not have been traced as quickly as he was. Lucky turn of events, or more uniforms would have bit the dust. Unintended consequences and murphy will disrupt the best laid plans.

 

Yea, the Sheriff, used LAPD SWAT to be his Tactical Force... and they had their Game Plan already laid out, long before they were choppered into the location. The Incident Commander wasn't even On-Scene, as he was back at the local Cop Shop, directing Access. Notice that "HE" cleared the Air Space, above the Scene, of ALL Civilian Aircraft, and told the MSM, NOT to Tweet, Message, Text, or Broadcast ANY information about the incident, after they had him surrounded, as well as keeping MOST of the MSM, MANY Miles away, behind Police Lines.... They wanted to keep the actual Operation, concealed, and only THEY would control the Information Released, to the Public, with No Outside confirmation, possible..... does this sound like a Joseph Goobles operation.....
