Not to be picky Tikka, but are you sure this is the American Legion Post in Clinton, SC? It looks an awful lot like the Forest City, NC post that I drive by a couple of times a week. STANGF150 might be able to confirm. He's from this neck of the woods as well. Clinton is Post 56, I believe.

I like the display though, in any regard.

 

Look close at the picture. It clearly says post 74 in the picture behind the soldier cutout. I would suggest it is a common display that several American Legion Posts may be doing.

We went to Musgrove Plantation to the battlefield and unfortunately, the trails were closed due to flooding. Before we took off, she dropped off some baby pillows for monogramming in Rutherfordton at that shop on 223. The folder where the pictures are kept is labeled Musgrove Plantation/Clinton SC, and duh.
