I was tempted to make light of the poster, by making the tasteless observation that "it was a pointless waste of time and effort: questioning how much semtex could be inserted into a child 6 years old."

But the reality is that terrorists have tried smuggling explosives inside adult suicide bombers; and Islamic terrorists would have no qualms in using children and babies as little explosive bomb mules if they thought it would yield useful results. Terrorists are very creative in improvising alternative systems of bomb delivery when anti terrorist security organisations have risk managed a particular bomb delivery / initiation method into impracticality.
