I would like to believe this but all of us know what has really happened in history when human kindness goes wrong. That's why I only really trust the people that I know well.

BINGO. The "kill switch" is entwined with copyright, patents, spying, asymmetric linguistic trend analysis, targeted advertising and of coarse television. I've been studying this stuff at great depth since I learned about ACTA several years ago and started digging...
It's ALL about control.
It's ALL about centralized monitoring, datamining and ultimately the goal is to be able to shut all comms down when the time is right.
"Social Media" playing a huge part in the Arab spring? It was an op.
Anonymous and Occupy? It was an op.
The rabbit hole here is massive and requires literally hundreds of hours of study from all angles to even get a glimpse of what is going on behind the scenes....
To be fair...I started this study out of self interest to protect my job and plan for the future....
The future of the internet is DARK.
"They" will pull it off with DNS to shut down the net, copyright to control your information, patents to control your innovative ideas, social media to herd your mind into a "sheeple" mentality, cyber-spying and ALTA to determine how successful their propoganda is.

It's hard for me to fully articulate everything in my head regarding this...but to the OP...

In ADDITION to the false flags and mass media mind control....
I'd bankrupt small towns by making it very hard to live in the country and grow your own food.
Raise property taxes 2-4% each year for 10 years, restrict as much as possible the ability to provide for yourself through regulation...(it's good for the enviroment....it's good for the children....it's good for every reason except being self sufficient.)
PUSH people to move into big metro - ensure that's where the only high wage jobs are and PUSH Agenda 21, Codex Alimentarius.
Promote immigration into "ghetto" like areas to fragment community...(fear your neighbors and rat on them for cash at every opportunity)
Use media to create trends, use games (hockey in canada, football/baseball/UFC) to distract the hardest working people to avoid thinking for themselves...."After a hard days work...all I wanna do is get drunk, eat pizza and watch tv."
Create false heros for children.
Create enviropsychos using the school system and start early...(C02 is EVIL. CARBON TAX IS GOOD. Trickle down wealth is real!)
When you're broke...unemployed...farm mortgage in default cuz u live on more than 600 square feet....you can trade your guns for food.

Man...i could go on and on and on...

If I learned nothing else in that friggin jungle they call public school I learned that a good chunk of our own kind revel in harming us, particularly if we bounce on the way down the stairs.

 

That reminds me....destruction of the family unit is part of the agenda...
"They" don't want you to instill your beliefs, culture and history in your children by homeschooling them...
You need a piece of paper (Credentials) to "qualify" for a good job.
To get that piece of paper you have to learn to only use your left-brain - puke up facts that have been given to you in their text books..
NEVER think outside the box/system.

To me, we cannot be as trusting as the sheeple would like us to be. Always be circumspect of those whose trust we aren't supposed to question (i.e., doctors, politicians, police, priests, school teachers). Additionally, their "authority" status gives them some odd spell-like power over people/sheeple and they are used to getting their way. Here, we have the advantage: the power relationship is in their favor and they are not used to resistance--normally, people acquiesce to their authority. They wont be expecting someone that isn't a zombie.

The only way these people have power is because other people give it to them. Why?

Don't be afraid to resist/say "no"; but be prepared to deal with the consequences.

Thanks for that, I've been digging into this stuff in great detail for a few years now as well and the more I look around the more I see their plans and how effective they are. To call them stupid would be underestimating the enemy, they know exactly what they are doing and how effective it is. I watch my neighbors and coworkers get completely transfixed on pro sports paying no attention to the world around them and just shake my head, the same way I watch family and friends watch the rest of the crap on TV (reality shows, Jersey shore, etc). Good to know there are others like the folks on this board that have their eyes open and see what's really going on.

the need for military assistance to police has been a fiction for decades. Zero's "civilian force, equally equipped, equally funded to the military" has been a reality at least since Homeland Security, but really long before that.

And all you have to do is remember the 1860's whenever you get to wondering if the military will treat Americans like the enemy.

Vice President Joe Biden revealed that President Barack Obama might use an executive order to deal with guns.

"The president is going to act," said Biden, giving some comments to the press before a meeting with victims of gun violence. "There are executives orders, there's executive action that can be taken. We haven't decided what that is yet. But we're compiling it all with the help of the attorney general and the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action that we believe is required."

Biden said that this is a moral issue and that "it's critically important that we act."

Biden talked also about taking responsible action. "As the president said, if you're actions result in only saving one life, they're worth taking. But I'm convinced we can affect the well-being of millions of Americans and take thousands of people out of harm's way if we act responsibly."

Biden, as he himself noted, helped write the Brady bill.
Eric Holder was scheduled to be at the meeting that's currently taking place at the White House.
