If you have Windows 7, use the 'Snipping Tool' for screenshots. Much easier than to have to paste into paint but I'd really like to get a shot at what you are seeing.
I don't have it here, either. Using W7 on the main machine and Vista on the laptop, neither one shows it on cold or hot boots.

Dude. Just download Lightshot. http://app.prntscr.com/download.html 1. Download 2. Hit "Prnt Scr" button 3. Select target area 4. Click the 'save' tab on bottom of Lightshot screen (looks like a floppy disc like all programs) 5. Upload the saved pic to a forum thread
Well, you had it half solved if you saved it to print. Once saved, you could have uploaded it as an attachment to a post. With the problem gone, you might practice it once or twice as test posts right here. (We might yet uncaveman you.)
Tac, received your printout. I've never seen this before and can only assume that since the problem went away, it was either 1) a momentary server glitch that only affected you or 2) a momentary FF/PC glitch that affected how your browser decided to display the Shoutbox. At any rate, the problem is solved correct?
Problem has not reoccurred. I assumed you did something. For me it was unique to Monkey. I now chat at 6 or 8 sites, although I consider this home. Also frequent a couple of game sites, etc. This was the only site where I had that problem for one or two days before it cleared. PFM I guess .... Pure Flippin Magic ...... (the excuse we used in the service for a dissappearing hard to replicate problem on the equipment) (always left me uneasy, and I would beat the equipment near to death until I could get the problem permenant so as to fix it) I was out of my league here and merely frustrated ....
