Now so far, I have seen and heard about the DHS, HHS, US Postal Service, the BLM, and now the SSA all ordering ammo in the thousands of rounds scenarios...
Here it is a known fact ( in certain circles) that the peole at AWC ( formerly of Texas) that make suppressors, had some TALL orders for the varied agencies...even for the mighty .50 cal. Now here we go with all kinds of ammo...Millions of rounds by my count alone already! I'd say they would have more than enough now to shoot every Amercian Citizen at least 6 or more times with various calibers (just to make sure we are all dead?)
Then there's more!
New orders now in for more dehydrated type MRE meals, with and wihtout th heaters, and with the additional supplements...
??? Ok, I'll bite, anyone have any hard INTEL other than "theory"?

These stories are making this little monkey edgy. Seems they are fast forwarding their preps, I will be doing the same. Does feel like something big is about to happen, anyone remember the alphabet soups buying all this ammo before? I could understand the amounts if it was for the military...makes me wonder if the drug cartels called and said the guns are great, please send more ammo.....

Lock up the vendors on Goobermint contracts, and deny the ammo/MRE supplies to the Great Unwashed Masses (US!).

I had to pull this thread back up.. sorry.. but I couldn't not say anything anymore.

295 agents. ok.. that would be (rounded up) 590 rds per agent. Lets make them good agents and they put 10 of 12 rounds on target/down range (you know they aren't just going to fire once).

That's 59 incidents of 10 rd discharges over an unidentified number of years. There's no telling how long it takes for this to happen and I'm sure they probably expel some of these rds in practice as well as they fly differently than non-hollow's.

This is amazing fear mongering at its best.

This is a non-issue in my book.. carry on gents and don't get caught up in this stuff without doing some maths.

 

They qualify each year and will burn through this ammo quickly in training. Qualification is most likely 100 rounds. That leaves them a few hundred rounds to last the rest of the year.

It's not a lot of ammo for a dept their size.
