    no shortage of fishing sinkers

20 years ago or so I had a friend and fellow muzzleloader who was working in a shipyard. He had access to tons of lead ballast weights. One particular pallet had nothing but rectangular ingots that weighed in at right about 65 pounds each. Did I mention they had no markings what so ever and you could scrape a line in one with your thumbnail. Yes they were pure lead or very close to it. That entire pallet somehow dissappeared. I will never run out of fishing sinkers. yeah that's it, fishing sinkers.....

Hmm... Where to start. The past several weeks have been full of storing away camping gear, first aid supplies, food (seeds, dried goods, canned, and home canned meats and veggies), two changes of clothes for everybody in the house for winter and summer months, fishing and hunting gear, ammo, TP, personal hygiene stuff, etc. I think we add to it every week! Oh yes. I almost forgot... Home school materials for our children.

Well said Sir. I was going to post something similar. With DHS already considering us some sort of threat, I think OPSEC is something that should be at the top of our priority list.

I traded a Winchester 30-30 for a '72 Chevy motorhome. No generator and the fridge is gone, but the stove, water heater and furnace are supposed to work.350 4 bolt main runs pretty good considering how old the gas must be.Fresh gas and some carb work should have it purring like a kitten.Hadn't been started in several years.Interior is really rough.I'll probably junk it and whatever I get out of it will go for OpSec..ETA..still has the sink, water pump and shower and toilet and blackwater tank.Haven't found the freshwater tank yet.

'72 would be a non electronic system and if it has the dual rear or even single 1 ton think bug out vehicle. old service bodies are cheap and can mount up to the van cab.JMO

I have a half dozen .308 bolt action rifles. One of them was a Remmy 700 VTR. I got it in a swap for a bunch of reloading stuff I didnt use anymore.
So, the oppertunity presented itself for a swap plus a few bucks in my pocket. The trade: 2011 PSE Dream Season. With quick detatch quiver, Apache fall away rest, illuminated sights, two dozen 360 spline carbon arrows, and a soft case. I cant wait to get this thing set up.

So, I put away a new bow that will put meat in the freezer and jerky in the pantry.

I put away my sanity this week. Honestly I thought I lost it some time back but I was cleaning up my desk at work and there it was! Needless to say I put it away quickly. Never know when I might need it, and one look around proves it's already in short supply these days.
