I do indeed know someone who owns one of the bed-bunkers. Its never been broken into so he can't give a reliable report on its resistance to real world entry attempts. But he does report he is very happy with the purchase. He lists the #1 benefit as being that it is very difficult to detect. Obviously it is a lot harder to find than a conventional gun safe of equal size. #2, is the peace of mind it affords. Says it feels very solid and secure, and again, its allowing him a harder to detect place to store his weapons . . So . . . my personal opinion is that it is pretty much like any other security measure: it offers a great illusion of security, but it's tangible security is . . . perhaps not so much.
Not readily accessed, since hauling off the bedding gets tiring if you want/need to get something out often or in a hurry. Probably a very good storage for expensive and collectibles. With that weight, you'll want to look at the floor you plan to put it on. IIRC, residential floors are designed around an even 110#/sq ft. The point loading on the legs will be serious about denting the flooring or worse; an eyeball estimate of 800#/sq ft per leg. (Now you know why the floors creak when MIL visits, and your bed frame wheels leave marks on the floors.)
will make it damned hard to get out your weapon in a hurry tucked in the bottom of the boxsprings makes more sense to me at least you can reach under and grab your gun before you get out of bed
Hauling off the bedding is the first thing I thought of... It would be better for what isn't used often.

you can buy perlite and portland pretty cheap too thats pretty much what that box is lined with fireproof concrete (perlite & portland)
The bed-safe is simply not big enough Hmmmm.....the double bed safe is large enough for a personal tomb, to inter oneself with the treasure and necessaries for existence in the next world.....only problem is, what to do with all the slaves????
