I wonder what will happen if Texas/Arizona legislatures decide that they don't wish to go along with this... and remove local manufacturers of these requirements... i mean local manufacturers who don;'t sell out side of the state are not subject to federal intervention because theyare exempt from the comerce clause....
I wonder when people are going to figure out that executive orders only apply to members of the executive branch of govt, and the armed forces as the President's role as commander in chief. He has no authority to make law, or order ANYONE else to do ANYTHING. What folks SHOULD be telling him, or any of his minions that attempt to enforce EO's is "bite me".

Honestly, **** like this has been happening for decades, singling out Obama when it comes to things like this seems wide of the mark. Obama isn't really all that different than Bush, who wasn't really all that different from Clinton, etc. etc.
Singling out Lord Obummer is far from being wide of the mark! Many of us also spoke up loudly with regard to Clintons "Assault rifle import ban and magazine restrictions". Then came Bush II, and we were not happy with many provisions of the "Patriot Bill". Now Lord Obummer is the destructive worthless socialist top executive, although I believe illegally holding the office of President. It's his turn in the Barrel. He is the Man! The buck stops with Him! We are dead on the Mark! He should be impeached for "fast and furious", and be made to open his records to public scrutiny as well. His lack of understanding of the Constitution and violations of same should be adequate to get his butt tarred and feathered and run out of Washington D.C. on a rail. and that's if those doing the deed are feeling charitible. This man is a Traitor to the country!
Ya know, I believe he really did NOT know what BATFE was doing on it's own hook, and there's a good chance Holder didn't either. But it happened on his watch, and so far no one has paid the price for treasonous behaviors. Doing nothing makes him as culpable as the underlings. What grinds on me worse than anything else is his sitting on the bench cheering on his hand selected team without having the smallest notion of the game the team is playing. To cap it off, he is making no effort to learn the rules. If that sort of thing was going on in a team I was coaching, there would be a few leaving and I'd be calling the farm team for replacements.

Most of the egregious 'EOs' we rail about have been 'on the book' for decades - each President (and lord obummer too) simply re-sign them and the problem cascades downwards. He has added some new ones - but to my knowledge, has rescinded NONE. These EOs concerning taking OUR recources, homes, transport, supplies, etc - have never been tested. I think the administration is in for a rude comeuppance when they try it. We Americans will NOT hand over all we have spent years building for 'the common good' as defined by some glorified desk pilot in far-off DC.
IMO, this is different; this is blatant scream in your face. "Fast and Furious" will be ignored the same as the voter intimidation at the Polls was ignored.
