Rossi tuffy 410 as a survival weapon?

Anyone tried hunting with one of these rather short .410s from Rossi?

 

First sorry for the typo "BROKOR", also I agree the papoose is wrong. I guess I'm just going to look for the book on that outfit.

 

Don't forget Ruger made a modified 10-22 with a barrel hinge and folding stock - never actually seen one, just the magazine write-up. Would likely be the most accurate of the 'folders'.

 

after a trip to the local gun shop, it's called the "Rossi matched pair". Rossi has a 3 barrel set called the trivecta (sp), and they say there is also a 4 barrel set but now one knows what it is called.

I still like the sights on the newer model rifle barrel, as compared to my older model. I haven't made up my mind on my wood stocks, over the newer polymer stocks.

 

I spied the tuffy yesterday for $175 at Big 5.
