So yeah, I feel like an idiot. I am studying electronic repair right now. My laptop was having problems reading dvds or cds. So I ask my instructor if I could bring it in and get him to help me replace the rom drive. He says cool so I take it in this morning. I explain the problem and show him that some disks didn't read. He fixes the problem for me in about five minutes. How do you ask did this electronic repair guru go about fixing my rom drive in the space of five minutes? He used a q tip to clean the reader lens. What a day. Haha.

I don't think, let me reword that. I think I have not read most of the pages to this thread. I can not remember why I even posted in it in the first place. I just had a moment of weakness. I need another hobby.

 

Neither do I, WT. And I sure ain't goin' back to find out! Hobbies I have...finding the time & coin to devote to any one of them is the tough part.

Got out and rode my new MC during this past weeks warm spell and nearly got run over by a cage for my troubles. Was great fun up to that point.

Yeah, I need all the post count I can get, look how long I been around and if it wasn't for posting in this thread, I probably wouldn't even have a post count. I really like this little guy....
