You're now a criminal. If this law were already in effect, does this guy think it would've stopped the lunatic from shooting Giffords? ...not very well thought out.

Does he want legal guns out there instead? Sounds good to me, if so. (Logic is not his strong point, nor is he overly concerned with keeping irrelevancies out of his rhetoric.) Where is Henry when you need him?
I'm surprised some politicians waited this long after Tuscon. I don't know if politicians and media personalities were always so gleeful when a tragedy struck so they could push their own political crap and I just never noticed, but either way it's...you know I honestly don't know if there's a word suitable enough for how it makes me feel.
King is a RINO who has shown his true colors. He needs to go in 2012. I will contribute to his primary opponent.
I don't think this legislation is going anywhere. Now if we lose the House or we have a few more Arizona incidents, then all bets are off.
