My issue is that US Citizens from other states have to pay out of state tuition while undocumented aliens only pay in state tuition....
It should also be noted that in-State tuition is supported by State tax dollars in most states. The States give additional monies to institutions to support these programs, to encourage State residents to get a higher education (which in turn boosts the economy, because they earn more/spend more). I guess the folks in Kalifornia think of criminal, non-tax contributing leeches to be "residents" by the simple default of them residing, albeit illegally, in their state. So again, a criminal gets some more of my money. Sad.
Pure bullshat, my sister tried and had to move to Atlanta to get in state . After two years she was told ok now its this much higher to go, that sucks.
Well, the idea is to run up as much debt as possible, and this only contributes to that purpose. Financial ruin is evermore pressing, and state run programs such as this are only one of the many ingredients in this recipe for disaster.
California absolutely and totally deserves everything that is going to happen to the people there. They have voted for this crap because it's progressive and sounds nice. O.K. but please don't ask the rest of the USA to bail your rear end out.
